Assessment of leaks and tiled areas

Similar symptoms can have different causes. Photos, descriptions and website information can help with an initial assessment, but the appropriate repair may depend on site conditions that can only be confirmed after further inspection.

Surface repair limitations

CareSeal specialises in suitable surface repairs, regrouting, sealing, caulking, epoxy applications and surface-applied waterproofing for existing tiled areas. Surface treatment cannot remedy every underlying membrane, substrate, structural or plumbing problem. Under-tile waterproofing membrane replacement is outside CareSeal’s surface-repair scope.
